Since O2 took over my account from the carphone warehouse, how do I go about claiming my 6 monthly cashback?

Who was offering the cashback?

When I signed the contract for my current phone with the carphone warehouse, the price per month was based on me being able to claim cashback every 6 months.
I made my first claim in May, which I received.
Subsequently, carphone warehouse handed over the running of my account directly to O2.
So I was wondering how I go about making my next claim that will be due in the next few weeks.

You still claim from CPW.

The cashback agreement was with them, not O2 and CPW will have already been paid their commission on your sale.
