Have a look at the postcode here : http://status.o2.co.uk/

Volume of users possibly?

I know there were a lot. A friend of mine was there today and said the place was heaving. Mind you she does this every year at this time so I have no sympathy for her. Smiley Very Happy

If it is an ocasional event, I think volume of users is a good reason. However, it is a regular issue, I think optimisation is needed.

I think EE would be needed more by me if I had as many problems as you do with O2.

I actually considered that, but when I test an EE SIM card, I get another bunch of coverage issues.
