Cannot access previous bills after upgrade

I have been with O2 for numerous years.  I have a private contract, but use my phone for work as well and submit my bills for expenses when i have to make expensive long range calls.

 

Usually i could go into my bills and there was a dropdown box to view/dowload previous months bills.  But having upgraded it seems to have reset and i now only have access to my most recent bill (first on new deal).  

 

Does anyone know a way to find bills from previous contract?  There has been no change in my payment method, phone number etc, just a new handset.

 

Im lazy and submit an expense report every 3 months, so need to pull a few bills, but cannot find them.

My previous bills have disappeared too; the drop down link they allowed you to use to select  which month has gone.  I can't reach anyone at O2 , spent an hours searching the site to no avail !

Hi RafaC, I have the same issue and even tried phoning them on my mobile but the wait is so long. Used to be able to speak to someone straight away in the past 🙄
