Cancelling my pay monthly contract

Hi. I cancelled my 24 month contract over the phone and I'm annoyed why you are still taking money out of my account. My contract had finished yet money is still being taken.

Sounds like it isn't cancelled.
Call customer services again on 202 to check.

You need to contact customer service as we are all customers here like yourself.

The account has obviously not been closed unless this I is the final bill after closure. Calling them is the only way to find out
