Cancelling my Contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

Does anyone have an email address I can use to cancel my contract. I won't be needing my UK contract as I am currently overseas and it is up in May. So an email address would be ideal, but cannot find one on the site, and live chat no good where I am.

Cheers

Just to add (though this is contained in the link I provided) ...you will need to give 30 days notice to cancel your contract. You can do this via letter and send it to this address (advised to be sent via recorded delivery)

Just as an aside to the helpful advice already given, as you are overseas you might want to get the phone unlocked if you haven't already done so. This will allow you to use a local sim in the phone and is free for you on contract. It's just a simple online form to fill in.
