It's saying it costs to text 85075?

It is because it is a short code.
There is no cost with texting this number - it is just a standard message.

I have 2 contracts and only want to cancel 1 of them so it won't let me use the texting service. Now what?

In that case you will need to call customer services.
It does say at the end of the guide that if you have multiple lines on your account then the texting process will not work.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

True. More than one line requires a call to customer services @Lkmc01 . Guide: How to find help & contact O2 Just a note. They are running a limited service due to the current situation.
