Cancelling contract after getting Pack Code

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi there. I called Customer Service today to cancel my contract with O2. I’ve had an year contract this month. I told I want to keep my number and I got the Pack code through a text message. I was told the contract will end as soon as I use the Pack Code. Can you please tell me how long after changing network provider and using the Pack Code will I still be billed?

Your final bill will be 2 weeks after you port your number and payment will be due after a further 2 weeks.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Anonymous Once you use your PAC, if you have one in place, DO NOT cancel your Direct Debit until you see a zero bill. There have been many instances of people canceling too early and winding up with a negative mark on their credit rating because a bill of only a few pounds didn't get paid at the end of a contract.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
