Hi, my name is Lorraine and I'm new to this forum. I am registered with My 02 and have been trying to cancel a Bolt on via My 02 and although website says you can, it only gives the option of Swapping, apart from phoning 02, can anyone tell me how to do this. Thanks for reading. Lorraine

Hi Lorraine, the other option, apart from calling is to use Live Chat. Select option from "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Weird that it's not letting you do this through My02 !

Are you using the mobile app or logging in using a PC/MAC ?

Go to live chat. After a couple of security questions, you will get a text confirming that it has been cancelled. Easy peasey.

Depending on the bolt on it may have to be removed by customer service. I had O2 Travel which you can remove but it did not give me the option. I had to call.
