Hi all, I recently ordered a new phone to be delivered to my local 02 store. Earlier today I cancelled the order, however it is now showing on my order history as complete along with a device plan to pay it off. Just wondering if this is normal or if I need to call customer service again? Tia.

It was too late to cancel today. It may well be instore. Ring them to check.

You have 14 days under the Change of Mind policy to return it. It will have to be returned via the store

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/returning-your-device

You should contact the sales team as they can help you with that – message them on Social Media  -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thankyou for the swift and helpful reply. Is it possible to do this in store? (My current phone is broken.)
If so would I be able to choose a new one or do I need to wait for the whole process to be completed?

Best idea is to ring the store first to see if the phone is there before making a wasted journey.

Also ring the Sales dept on the number above and make sure they know about your change of mind.

While all this is going on, think about buying a cheap phone from Asda or Tesco and put the sim from your broken phone in the cheap one. At least you will have a working phone to tide you over?
