i requested my account to close, i gave the 30 days notice and was told my account will close on the 4th of July, but my bill is does not reflect a closed account, wondering when will 02 will close my account and stop charging me.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi the account will close on the 4th July, you will then receive a final bill within 14 days of that date (this is to allow any outstanding charges to be applied to you account (such as roaming, etc)
