I have recently left O2 and wanted to contact somebody, to find out when I would be receiving my final payment, as you take money in advance with bills, but I was told I would be owed money back. I have found it Impossible to find anyway to contact somebody to quickly answer this query, as your website doesn't cover this at all! Hopefully somebody on here can help me...??

If it's over £20 that you are owed it will be automatically returned to the account that pays the bill. 

Anything less will have to be claimed by calling customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Thank you very much for your help! I've found the O2 website hard to navigate and almost impossible to find anything about leaving O2 and the final refund. So thank you for clarifying!
