@Anonymous The process for cancellation of accounts is here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/m-p/566774/highlight/true#M56526

you must make contact with customer service yourself.

We can't close your account on here and there might be cancellation fees to pay.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Anonymous  You can take your sim out of your broken phone, buy an inexpensive phone on Amazon, put your sim in it, and still make calls, send texts, or use your data. If the sim isn't the correct size for the phone you get, O2 will give you one that is, and transfer your details onto it. It certainly isn't grounds to go to court.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
