I took a contract out over online chat at the end of November then due to my memory completely forgot and changed my provider (within a couple of weeks). I don't know how I did that but somehow I managed it! I ported the number over to gifgaff. I then received a bill from o2, having seriously absolutely no clue what it was for I contracted O2 & it transpired that I had Indeed taken out a new contract. I can't port the number back according to O2 and I can't move the contract to another O2 number Ideas anyone?
The contract was terminated when you ported the number.
Your only choice now is to pay the final bill.
