Cancel the contract

I wanted to cancel the contracts because of being scammed by o2, I called 202 but of course they say it is not possible. I’m writing it only to have proof of contact in the court. In previous posts I was told to contact o2 on Facebook 😅I did! But they don’t reply!!!

Thanks I called them already and was told it is not possible to cancel. I will cancel direct debit anyway, maybe then they will contact me??🤔

Don't just cancel the direct debit @Disappointedcli  - o2 won't contact you, just sell your debt to a collection agency and destroy your credit ratings/history.

Follow the instructions in the guides you have been given to correctly cancel and not wreck your life for the next 6 years...
