Hi, how do I cancel my sim only ? There’s no info on app, the deals available at other providers seem far better at the moment

I’d still like to cancel but there’s never any agents available in chat and on phone, I was out of contract over a year ago...very frustrating but I suppose you need to make it hard for people to cancel

@PJL0409

Was there a problem cancelling by text as in the link given above?

It doesn’t work when you have multiple numbers associated with one account, it refers you back to my o2

Ahhhh. You didn't say that before @PJL0409

Try these numbers to call, at 8.00am is best Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Even if you could get on to chat, I wouldn't trust them to cancel it correctly @PJL0409
