I recently purchased an iPhone 13 on contract I haven’t had a dispatched email yet but I’ve changed my mind about it and I don’t want it anymore how do I cancel the complete order I’ve tried going on to the app and it won’t allow me to cancel

You need to wait until it's delivered then return it under the 14 day change of mind policy

You could try cancelling it via the sales dept.
Call them on 0800 081 0255 OR message them on Social Media -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) although I feel they will tell you to return it once delivered.
