Hi my phone (pay monthly) is due for upgrade on 14th feb but I have seen a deal in a store that I would like to go with. It's still with O2 network but pay and go and not through 02 shop. I want to keep my number but how??? Please help how I go about this process??? Thank you x

ring o2 202 and explain you want to move to pay as you go and they will send a payg sim
