Hello, I have been an O2 customer for a while, we have a family deal. Recently when I added my husband for a new phone, as part of the deal, I also got a Samsung tablet with a phone number, for myself. I have had it for less than 6 months and I truly hate it, it’s got lots of defects, I spent hours with Samsung to try to fix it, it’s just a bad tablet. I would like to cancel it, return it and stop paying it. Is it possible, or may I stuck with for the rest of the contract?
TIA!

@Stelladimare73

Your only option is to send it in for repair.

You can pay it off in full and cancel the airtime but there's no free way out of it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You need to send it for repair, preferably to Samsung

After 6 months you cannot return it and will need to pay off he remaining fees
