Hopefully you have all the info you need now Hobbayne but please ask if there is anything else we can help with......?

30 days in writing I believe, you best bet is to give notice on 24th of March to coincide with your contract end date.

O2 require 30 days notice, either in writing or my phone call to cancel contract, if u want to cancel now you may find u have to pay a fee. If moving to another network make sure u get a pac code and hand that to your new network provider and it automatically cancel your contract with O2 and u will receive a final bill.

Cheers, I will call them on 24th March to give them notice. Do they give the pac code there and then or by another method?

You will need to ask for the PAC.
When you use the PAC the account will terminate immediately with O2.

All the info you need is in the link I added.

Live Chat can supply you the Pac Code so you shouldn't have to wait in a call queue.

Please don't cancel any direct debit until a couple of months after your final bill just incase.

It always pays to carry out some homework before committing.
