Please kindly help me with my issue.
I am seeking how to cancel (terminate) my monthly contract as of the end of next month, but really STUCK, as I cannot reach any customer services, including 202, My O2 and anywhere else.
I also checked Upgraded Guide and Old Guide, and could find some hints related to PAC and STAC codes. However, I do not want to keep my number, nor I want to move to another network, but I just want to terminate O2, so I understand that both PAC and STAC are not the right method to use for this time.

Get your STAC and transfer to an EE or Voda PAYG sim, then destroy the PAYG sim.
