Can't top up with non-UK card

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've been trying to top up my account but when entering my card details I need to put in the post code of my card address. My card is registered to my Irish address so there is no post code. THere is no way of getting aaround this online or by phone from what I've seen.

Any ideas?

What other networks are better for this?

Cheers

With O2 you need a UK card registered to a UK address. Alternatives are a top up voucher from a supermarket / corner shop or by using an ATM machine.
I use 2 other mobile networks on PAYG and the rules are all the same.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
