Can't receive calls or texts

So I did the package o2 volt where you get the SIM with virgin media so I switched my payg sim number over to this I can call and text people my data don't work I can't receive texts basically my medical appointments and logging into banking Apps I can't do as I need my codes sent to my number the fraud team hasn't even bothered replying after a week frustrating me

Makes no sense based on what you have told us @Karlos97 so I would still contact O2 again for a second opinion.

If it is with fraud, as it states, up to 30 days for a response.

It isn't fraud so they probably won't reply.
