Can somebody explain why the tab for device plan has not been working for me for MONTHS now, leading to delayed payments, MULTIPLE payments for the same payment in the same month and a lot more stress.

Will probably be cancelling my plan after this contract. absolutely ridiculous but has this happened to anybody else? It's happening on both website and app for me

O2 need to look into this for you.

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support
Best time to call is around 8.00am

Setting up a direct debit would avoid further issues.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I’ve had the same problem for months I go into my o2 click the pay bill button get redirected to the bank to confirm payment next the bank tells you to go back to o2 site and it’s all disappeared. O2 is riddled with fraud problems stemming from the India call centres
