Can’t login to My O2

Despite several phone calls and online chats with customer services, after more than two months on contract with O2 since I was transferred from Virgin I still can’t login to my account.
Beyond a joke now, have wasted so much time on this, every time I think I’m getting somewhere I get transferred to someone else, just go round in ever-increasing circles.

This is a customer-led forum, @Colin53 - you need someone in O2 to access your account and get you sorted - try again now by calling 202 - the support person you talk to makes all the difference. Good luck!
