I want to change tariff to £10 monthly but can’t do it on the app.

As the app is a bit at odds with the web version these days, have you tried the web one, @Ant9?

Otherwise it will need a call to O2 on 202, they should be open as normal tomorrow, from 8am. Also the ways to get to O2 via Social Media are given in the link just below this post. Good luck!

Are you pay as you go?

If you're already on Pay As You Go, text one of the following free to 21300:

Big Bundles

  • BIGBUNDLE5 for the £5 tariff
  • 10DATABB for the £10 tariff
  • 15DATABB for the £15 tariff
  • 20DATABB for the £20 tariff
  • 30DATABB for the £30 tariff

Or you can choose a Big Bundle in My O2.
