Can't afford to pay

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi guys, first post slight_smile

Basically, I've never missed a payment in the 10 years or so I've been with o2 but I've recently switched jobs so can't afford to pay on my usual day. I get my bill at the start of the month and the direct debit is set up for the 16th (previous payday) but now I won't be able to pay until around 1st of next month. I can't see o2 moving it that far ahead so what're my options?

You must call CS and explain. They will help you with sorting it out, but do not just ignore it as this could lead to disconnection.

As @MI5 says it's important to do this asap. Some people never contact O2 for problems like this and then they are given a default. Pleased you came here to ask first @Anonymous Best of luck with it...
