I am going on holiday to a location without WiFi, so would like to change to a tariff with more data for one month only. If I do this, will I be able to change back to my current tariff at the end of the month or will I be stuck on the more expensive one for the rest of the contract?

If you are on Refresh and a Flex tariff then yes you can.

If your contract with O2 started after March 2018, then it will be a flexible tariff.

Please note, this is for contracts taken out with O2 directly. If you used a 3rd party supplier like CPW or Mobiles Direct etc, then you won't be on a Flexible tariff.

Probably a good idea to get confirmation from customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
