Calls keep ending before connecting

Please help me this morning every Time I make a call before it is even connected it says call ended and when someone is phoning me it keeps going to voice mail but I am able to make text messages.

Mine and my wife’s phone is still not working has anyone any idea what is going on

A few people are having problems this morning, so have no idea really.

I can’t connect to ANY number and live chat is still busy. It is so frustrating
