Call signal dropping out everywhere

Hi sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find an answer.
Over the past 3 months the signal strength for calls on all 3 contract mobiles our family has, has been dropping. We can be in our home (always had good signal here), driving to work on Bluetooth, at work...the signal is just terrible...constantly dropping out leading to 6 and 7 attempts at recalling each other to finish a conversation.
We have restarted phones checked software etc and nothing has changed. Does anyone have any advice please as I am lost on what to do??
