Call charges for EE customer service team

Anonymous
Not applicable
I am trying to contact EE to cancel a mobile broadband. But there is apparently a charge for calling 07953 966 250

Can someone clarify this please because I cannot afford to pay charges.

It's impossible to find out from the o2 special numbers whether it's considered a mobile number or not.

There is a charge for calling 150 if you are a pay and go customer of 25p  full cost. You are told when making the call what the charge will be.

Try the other numbers which should come from your allowances.

EE landline 0800 079 8586 Free at any time

Another provider 0207 362 0200 Check call charges with your provider

Hey,

I dont know if its ok to write it in this forum (?) but i actually help run (well, the server actually) this blog, and this page with diffrent numbers: http://customerservicecontactnumber.co.uk/ee/

So, i hope this will help you, there are a bunch of numbers, the 0800 numbers are free (https://www.gov.uk/call-charges).

Im really just trying to help, not trying to publish this site or anything, just thought this page with the different numbers can help you.

07953 does not appear on O2's list of chargeable non-mobile numbers so should just be classed as a normal mobile number.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
