Hi, I've recently been changed over from Virgin to O2, but I'm unsure what my package is. I have money from o2 coming out my bank and separate money from virgin coming out too.

You still pay the device plan to Virgin but the airtime to O2.

If you are on a phone plan with Virgin you will still pay them for the phone

O2 will now charge you for the airtime

So my o2 account is saying I'm due an upgrade and is giving me options for a full new phone plan, so how would that work out with my current phone plan?

If you upgrade it will all move over to O2.
