I bought a blackberry bolt on on Tuesday and they told me it will be working in the next 24 hours it has been 2 days now and nothing is working I cant use the Internet and they took 5 pound from my balance what must I do now I paid the 5 pound something must be done cause right now I just gave my 5 pound for free with nothing in return I really need help I called the customer services but I don't know which option to click for this problem!!!!!! Can someone please as soon as possible thank you very much!!!

It shouldn't matter which options you go through to get to speak to someone, but likely the options regarding tariffs and billing would be best for you. If you're still unsure, you can always ask the Web Chat team - they may even be able to rectify the issue for you. http://www.o2.co.uk/chatnow
