Hello

I recently changed to a pay monthly contract which is meant to be £26 a month. However my bill in Jan was £33.19 and in Feb it was £30.33. Why do i have extra charges? This seems excessive for what i use my mobile for.

Without seeing your bill it's difficult to say.

Your first bill would have been an interim bill foryour first few days usage plus your normal full tariff. It's possible you have usage outside your normal tariff such as international texts, mms or calls to 0870 or 0845 numbers.

If you go into your bill and 'what I've used' you should see exactly what the extra charges are for.
