Your contract doesn't end until you cancel it

If you are on a Refresh contract and the device is paid for you only pay the airtime each month until you cancel

If you took the contract out with Carphone Warehouse, or Mobiles.co.uk or any other 3rd party then it won't go down.
You need to upgrade to a sim only deal (if you are happy with your phone), or a new deal if you want a new handset.
