Hey need a bit of help here my bill is due out in two weeks and im currently on the sick due to an operation due back to work next week but wont get paid to the following week ive tried contacting o2 about saying that i will be able to pay the bill the friday after my due date but wont let me talk to anyone

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Hey stig_43 have you tried to contact o2 web chat to see if they can delay the payment and add notes to the account explaining your circumstances.

Hi john call customer service on 08005874005 explain you want to cancel the insurance and they will sort this for you, that number is a faster number so you shouldn’t be on hold too long.
