Hi I hadn't realised that you were taking first payment so soon ,could I add November's onto December and you take 2 payments as don't get any monemoney till the 15th

All contracts with any phone or utility company are usually charged a month in advance, payable within 14 days of receipt. Unlikely that you'll be able to delay payment, but call O2’s customer service team 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302 - good luck @671
