It depends on many factors @Bill19 :

  • what tariff did you sign up for?
  • have you added anything to your bill (charge to mobile, subscriptions, etc)?
  • did you incur any charges (calling numbers you need to pay for, donating to charities, premium messages)?

Is this the forced move from Virgin to O2?
