I have an overdue bill that i am trying to pay, i have tried numerous times but it keeps declining payment, anyone have any idea how i can sort this?

If none of the ways listed work, you will need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Call as early as possible to get through.

In addition to @Bambino's advice above, there is a section of MyO2 app that might help - so long as your card is an accepted Credit or Debit card (eg Monzo is not accepted, AmEx Credit Card is accepted),@Cleftmeister:

Once your card is registered, the "Make Payment" button in the App then takes you to a screen like this:

and payment is a doddle.

If your card is not accepted (Credit or Debit), you need to contact O2's Payment Management team via Social Media, links below, or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 or the specific Payment management number:

- 0800 902 0217. That number should be manned from 9am on a Sunday, call early to get ahead of the rush! Good luck.
