@Laura35

It will take up to 48 hours once the bill is paid.

There may also be a reconnection fee to pay.

You should contact payment management to see if they can reconnect you sooner.

@Laura35

It normally takes 48 hrs to come back on. Keep rebooting your phone.

If you are able to borrow a phone you could call O2. All numbers in this guide

 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Laura35 To avoid this happening again you really should consider setting up a Direct Debit. Your bill has to be paid every month, come what may. A DD takes the anxiety out of knowing whether the bill will be paid on time, and should have been put in place when you took your contract. It's always the preferred method.
