Hi, I have paid my o2 bill this morning but I keep getting messages saying my bill is overdue and I will be restricted.

It takes 24 hrs to register a payment @Naa 

You need to contact Payment Management

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Naa To add to the advice from @Cleoriff, your payment will need to clear O2's account, which takes a minimum of 24-48 hours, and as it is the weekend it will take longer. If you want to avoid problems like this going forward, set up a Direct Debit.
