It seems to be a big problem at the moment, you are not the first to post and likely not the last

Can only suggest reaching out to Payment Management

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Or Message them

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)

X (Twitter) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) ,

they should be able to help you

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

In addition, you could consider registering a formal complaint :-

How to Complain | Help | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Customer+Complaints+code+250523.pdf (o2.co.uk)

https://www.o2.co.uk/documents/456036/4246828/Customer+Complaints+code+250523.pdf

As @Enlli has indicated, payments issues are endemic currently and O2 need to realise that it will cost them customers if they do not solve the problem quickly.

@Idiots You could also avoid problems like this by setting up a Direct Debit.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
