Hi I have just changed from pay as you go to sim only contact both o2 its £10 per month, but first bill is showing £11 I've only put sim in today, so what £11 not £10

Your first bill is the full month and a pro rata amount for the first initial setup up to the billing date

It will be at the agreed tariff next month
