I have paid my bill but not showing up as paid on My O2 page. Cannot get in touch to be able to speak to a human being. Any ideas?

There is a problem with the billing platorm @Katiemac2
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

It can take upto 48 hours for my o2 to update.
If you have late payment and your services have been restricted you need to call 0800 902 0217 from another phone or use Skype and they can help.
If not and you have no impacts on your services then wait till Monday.
