Hi my bill was overdue, my out going calls are barred, i paid my bill up to date and i still cant use my phone, I can't even phone o2 from my handset

@GavinburseyI doubt any reconnection would have happened over the weekend anyway.

Call them and ask for the Class 9 bar to be removed. They will be able to see ny recent payments.
