I’ve had my bill come through today which has gone up by £6. I’ve had one extra charge which was £.54 but my bill has suddenly gone up from £55 to £62.At the bottom of my bill it says total before VAT: £51.73. Total after VAT is £62.07. Can anyone help to explain this please? I only joined O2 in February and both previous bills have been £55 like expected.

Are you saying your basic bill has gone up? If so it may be due to the annual price rise which is applied each April.
