We are all customers here and cannot access accounts. You need to contact O2  on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Alternatively

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi @ACH

This is a community of o2 customers, and as such we can't see your account.

If you have checked your bill and are sure there is an issue, get in touch with o2 customer services by calling 202 or messaging on social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

If you need to see more details on what the charges are, you can check this on the app version of My o2 ( Guide: My O2 App ) or the web version ( Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? ).

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here
