Hello,  I have been charged for roaming services while abroad that should have been covered by Volt 2, but I can find no way to speak to anyone about this issue.  Chats do not recognize the topic, O2 "customer service" hangs up on me if I call and there does not seem to be any way to email or communicate in another way.

 

I just recently joined o2 to take advantage of Volt2, but I have to say it seems I made a mistake.  I cannot believe a company of this size has no way to address billing issues or any other issue as far as I can tell.

 

If anyone knows of the correct way to raise a billing error with O2, I would appreciate it.
