Do not send it away just been conned and told my iPhone 14 Pro Face ID isn’t working so they will only offer £73 when the original offer was to pay off the remaining balance. iPhone was perfect sent back in original box and not a single mark on it. Clearly they don’t want to pay out so have damaged it deliberately. Please be extremely careful if it’s to good to be true it normally is

This is why I will always tell people to do the SwitchUp in store, as everything is sorted there and your account is settled before you walk out.. 


Most stores will even order the phone in for you, you just pay a deposit of £50...

This is always a risk, that when any company tests the phone that there are faults and issues that occur in transit.. 

It will be upto you to prove it wasnt faulty, so hope you have video or photographs, as its your word against theirs...
