Being charged twice for Disney when only have one account with Disney

Since about March I have been charged for two lots of Disney even though I only signed up to one Disney. I called up Apr/May time and managed to speak to someone who refunded me for that month and said hey would organise for the double charge to stop. When checking my bills I have still been charged for two Disney’s for quite some time. I tried to call O2 Several times but can never get through to anyone as it says that no one can speak to me at the moment due to Covid. Please can O2 look into my account and refund me for all the double charges if Disney + and stop any future ones too please. I Urgently need this to be sorted otherwise I will be moving to another provider you can get my bill correct.
