Hi, me and my dad have been with o2 for a good couple years, When we contacted o2 regarding other queries, they asked if we want to renew contracts. They said it shows up on their system that we haven't had a contract with them for past few years.
We use uswitch for our o2 sims. Does it not update on o2 systems because of this?
